WHITESBURG, GA
We will be staying at the Historic Banning Mills, located in Whitesburg Georgia, about 45 minutes north of Atlanta. The Historic Banning Mills is a outdoor adventure and retreat center, which contains zip lines, climbing towers, hiking trails, horseback riding and a variety of treehouse cabins.
THE PURPOSE.
The purpose of our annual staff advances is to gather for a time of fun, relationship building and leadership development.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
While our accommodations should have a basic supply of towels and linens, staff is encouraged to bring their own preferred toiletries with them.
Be sure to also bring a pen, notebook, your laptop and chargers, as our advance will be a time of fun, as well as a time of learning.
WHAT CAN WE WEAR?
While we will only be there one night, we do suggest you pack a couple of changes of clothes as we will be doing some outdoor activities.
We suggest bringing closed toed shoes for hiking.
Bug spray and sunscreen and possibly a refillable water bottle. We will provide some bottled water, snacks and coffee supplies for your room, but we suggest you bring anything that you would personally like to have.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR?
All meals will be taken care of by Turning Point Church. However, any additional food, activities or souvenirs are not provided by Turning Point Church will be your responsibility, not the PEX!
*Gas cards will be provided to
all carpooler drivers.
